In 2023 Bill was fortunate to meet and join musically with arranger John Noseworthy a like-minded, sentimental, kind and generous soul. Much like Elton John and Bernie Taupin, Bill and John work separately yet collectively on the songs.  The 12 songs of "Family Matters" were created over 14 months and mark the beginnings of many more collaborations to come.

John and Bill met through a mutual friend.  Soon after, John nestled in his beautiful studio by the water and crafted over 20 demos; at first songs chosen by John from Bills facebook page and then from ones Bill suggested. Together they settled in on 11 songs that would become "Family Matters" a unique collection  in that each song was specifically written for Bill's family members.  On "Family Matters" you'll hear songs written for his mother, his father, his son, daughter, wife, and his oldest friend; his grandparents, himself, and his family homestead. It doesn't get much more personal than this. John understood the sentiments and arranged the songs in a way that made Bill cry on first listen - jackpot! With the added touches of local talent on violin and voices, the collection is a bouquet of memories concerning matters of the heart – Family Matters. Stay tuned for the release fall 2025

Please note that these tracks are a work in progress. They are unmixed and unmastered and many tracks will have additional instruments added to them.  Bill wanted to release them here to allow ECMA delegates and friends to have a sense of the music to come. Finished versions will be released fall 2025.
